  • Or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Listings must match their descriptions. If a location, rental, or service you booked is inaccurate, unavailable, or misleading, you can file a protection claim. JuBolt will review the issue and take swift action to resolve it.

🚪 3. Trouble Accessing a Service

If you can’t access a booked service, location, or rental due to provider issues, we’ll help resolve it quickly or arrange for alternatives.

Our support team is available to assist with urgent issues, including safety concerns or booking disruptions. You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours (often much faster).

  • Issues not reported within 72 hours of the booking or purchase date

  • Damage or losses unrelated to the booking or outside JuBolt

  2. If there’s no resolution within 24 hours, contact JuBolt Support

  3. Include photos, your booking ID, and a short explanation

  4. Our team will review and respond with a resolution path
