Connecting vendors, service providers, and customers.

Booking, reviewing, and managing listings in a user-friendly marketplace.

We facilitate connections — but we do not own or directly manage the listings.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Keep your login credentials secure

Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.

Businesses and vendors can list services, products, or properties subject to these rules:

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading

You are responsible for ensuring availability and delivery of services/products you list

JuBolt charges a 3% service fee on successful bookings or transactions

JuBolt may remove or moderate listings that violate content guidelines or legal standards

You may submit content, including reviews, photos, or business info.

You agree:

Not to post false, defamatory, or offensive material

Not to infringe on copyrights or trademarks

That JuBolt can use your content for promotional or operational purposes

Reviews are public and must reflect honest personal experiences.

When booking services, stays, or products:

You agree to pay all listed fees, taxes, and applicable charges

All payments are handled via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

Cancellations, refunds, or disputes are subject to the vendor’s policy

JuBolt acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party performance.

As a multi-vendor marketplace:

JuBolt enables sellers to create their own online storefronts

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and handling returns

JuBolt may collect platform fees and reserves the right to change fee structures with notice

You may not use JuBolt to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights

Upload viruses or malicious code

Engage in fraud, harassment, or discrimination

Exploit platform vulnerabilities or abuse reviews

Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion

Remove content that violates our policies or legal standards

Withhold payouts in cases of fraud or chargebacks

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

All content on JuBolt, including logos, trademarks, images, and text, is owned by JuBolt or licensed from third parties. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

JuBolt provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That listings or services will meet your expectations

Continuous or error-free platform functionality

Accuracy of third-party content

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

JuBolt is not liable for:

Damages arising from listings, transactions, or third-party actions

Business losses, loss of profits, or data

Issues caused by service outages or errors beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. You’ll be notified of significant updates via email or a website notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nazareth, Israel.
